Very disappointed that I called in to check on an ...

Very disappointed that I called in to check on an order placed two days ago and was informed that AS OF THIS MORNING there was a company directive to stop providing this product. I understand business decisions, but to NOT close out an order already in process?! AND I was not called about this and had to call and find this out? Very disappointed.
