The last time I was in Indianapolis I stayed at a 5 star hotel. My experience at the Omni was better. My "city views" room was better- Better views. My room had a balcony with seating to allow me to enjoy the beautiful weather and skyline. Our Bell service was amazing. The next morning there was a knock at the door, solely to see if there was anything we needed! That is IMPECCABLE service. We had express check-in. Our keys were waiting with our room number and express check-out... which is kind of standard at this time. The valet staff were Overly helpful. The Omni has my Indianapolis stays from here on out! Also, everything we wanted was within walking distance. I couldn't ask for a better set up.
