1.7 rating based on 89 reviews. Welcome to #90. This company, or lack there of is absolutely horrible. I usually only do this is a company is absolutely amazing or absolutely horrible, this one is far from amazing. Rude and disrespectful. Released my information without verifying whom they were speaking to. When told to stop talking about my account because you have not verified me I was lied to and argued with and consequently hung up on by a manager. Follow up call by their senior personnel went just the same. Difficult to pay them and website is not easily navigated. They do not answer call or return voice messages to set up auto draft. When you google how to pay them you get sent to a third party, unaffiliated and unauthorized, site. Payment is held for 2 weeks while you are harassed daily about payment. Told after the fact that they do not recommend their customers to use the unaffiliated 3rd party site that google directs you to. They do not refund you the processing fee when it's a known issue. The cherry on the cake is the rep told me, and I quote. "If it wasnt for aquafinance you would not have your water softner equipment." The most disrespectful thing I've ever been told by a company. Now I wish that I would have just paid cash like I started to, because this has been the worst credit building vehicle I have EVER used. If they were closer I would be in their office RIGHT NOW wishing they had the audacity to disrespect me face to face as they have over the phone. AGAIN, 1.7 rating guys.... Run RUN RUN !!!!

Again, owner... your manager told me "if it wasnt for aqua finance I would not have my water softner." Disrespectful and u professional. Also, untrue. I will pay off my loan this week so you get less interest from me. Also, I refused because your representative spoke without verifying my account even when I told stop and verify me. If you want to call me, feel free... BUT, you have a 1.7 rating , so your company is still worth less than the charmin I wipe my 5th point of contact with.
