Very Poor Customer Service experience comparing to...

Very Poor Customer Service experience comparing to Maxis, even with Unifi, and not flexibility at all on the relocation. First, if you want to terminate, the whole process will take up to 2-3 months provided if their customer service is actively replying you on what's the step etc. Second, you are not allowed to waive the penalty if the building you move in to has no TIME coverage (unlike maxis). Not like we don't want to continue, but they have very limited area coverage. Third, taking extra 30 days for cancellation + slow customer service and poor explanation, have to pay extra 2 months. Conclusion, low coverage, poor customer service, bad relocation service, no flexibility, terms are only to protect themselves.
