Been here for 9 hours to pick up a load going to h...

Been here for 9 hours to pick up a load going to houston. They stopped loading me about 2 hours ago. I need 6 more pallets. Went inside to talk to them and they said they just had a shift change. This place is horrible. Be ready to be here for a long long time. Management needs some firing. They dont know how to operate.
