My girlfriend and I were looking to adopt a cat from here and religiously came in every weekend looking for our new little sibling for our current cat. When the feline manager asked if our current cat was declawed we said yes. She then stated that we were not fit to get a cat and wouldn t let us adopt before even asking if we were planning on declawing the new family member. Instead of explaining that we were undecided on the matter we decided to look elsewhere. She was very rude about the matter and did not seem very pleasant from the minute we walked in!.. might be better practice to make the interview more of a conversation and educate people on the facts... it s sad some of these cats will never find a home because of people like this..
