Not sure where to start. One, I was there for five days, no one cleaned the room once. Brought it up to mgmt on days three and four. They didn t care. Just said they d take it up with cleaning. Still no one cleaned.

Beds, terrible. Hard, leaning to a side, just ridiculous. Only two pillows on the bed. Asked for more, they had none. Asked for more on multiple days, never had any. Barely had sheets for the extra bed. When I asked for those, I was treated like I interrupted an important movie by the front desk staff.

Towels, as a result of not cleaning the room, asked for more towels. I was given pool towels because they didn t have any regular towels.

Televisions didn t work. Would get stuck often causing me to completely unplug the system to get it back to normal.

People drinking at the pool with glass bottles. Mgmt saw multiple times, never said anything.

Pretty terrible experience. Drive right on by. Don t stay here. Given that others have had similar experiences over time, it appears to me that they just give lip service about how they ll get better and address issues. They aren t.
