Absolutely horrible insurance. Very disorganized, calling customer service is a waste of time, when you do call, plan to be on hold for at least 35 minutes, also you will get a different answer to the same question each time you do call. The website is horrible. When I go to my home portal, the "benefits" section does not open, but of course the "pay bill" section does. My advice, spend a little more money, this plan is a waste of your time. Not even worthy of 1 star.
