Never used Flight Network before and will NEVER, NEVER use them again!!!
To say Flight Network is an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company to have to deal with would be an insult to absolutely terrible companies out there! They are somewhat helpful right up to the time you pay them then you don t exist to them after that. Customer service is a joke every time I call it s an absurd wait to talk with someone. Most recent call I was told by automated voice estimated wait time is 10 minutes, 86 minutes later someone came on to tell me basically they could do nothing to help me. It was up to the airline, I wanted a refund on the insurance we purchased since in 7 months nothing has happened with it and again we can t help you with that.
Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHT NETWORK!! If this isn t a scam organization it has to be pretty darn close to it.
