Wasn't very impressed with our very short stay. I had received concert tickets last minute from a friend for my birthday, which was on a Monday. After dinner in post falls my boyfriend and I drove out to Spokane. We currently live in Sandpoint so we decided to get a hotel room so we wouldn't have drive home after a concert, that probably wouldn't end until after midnight, and we both had to work in Coeur d'Alene the next morning. I figured "Hey it's my birthday, lets stay at the fancy hotel!" We get to the hotel as the concert is starting so we are trying to hurry. They asked what type of room we wanted and I blurted out "Do you have one with a jetted tub in the room?" Because why not, it's my birthday. They said they had one left. We went up to the room quick, I left my purse and such and we went to the concert. We got back to the room after midnight and I wanted to try out the fancy tub. Turned the water on and noticed something unknown was floating in the water. Turned the water off and the water was draining so.....so......so slow! It took about 20 minutes for the gallon of water to drain. Tried adding some more water, hairs were floating in it now, black ones. Neither of us have black hair..... Needless to say I eneded up taking a quick shower and going to bed. When I said something the next morning all the front desk had to say was you should have called us so we could have fixed it or moved you. They didn't offer to give us a discount or even seem sympathetic. Just a hey you still owe us nearly $300 for spending under 12hrs here and not even get to use the only thing in the room that made me even consider spending that much money on a hotel room. There were less hairs in the hotel ruby bathtub we stayed in last time. Should've done that and saved over $200.
