Baton Rouge customer review only. Improvement to the lobby adding a bathroom and cashiers; however, no setup for extra passengers on the outside patio. Cameras all over the place. Better than the past and noticeable improvement. I've always got my problems resolved in an efficient manner. Took into consideration the outside worker who actually read meters and turn on/turn off the water. Sometimes I pay bill through the internet; well, most of the time I go inside.
