We had to leave a BAD HomeAway rental early and booked here at the last minute, so as not to lose all of our vacation to an awful experience. Devonya (not sure of the spelling/name, but the woman on the front desk on Friday, July 20th around 11 AM), was WONDERFUL & very personable! She made us feel very welcome! She even had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries sent to our room for my birthday. :) The view from our room was spectacular! We sat in front of the windows enjoying it for hours! Even though it was a rainy Saturday, it was relaxing and peaceful. We had a harbor view room and took liberties to turn the couch around to face the windows & harbor instead of the room. Maybe something you should consider doing in the rooms with the Harbor views? We did turn them back around when we were out of the room so the maids did not feel like they had to do it.
The pool was nice, a little small, but still nice.
The bar was good too. We went for appetizers & a cocktail on one evening, late.
I would not hesitate to stay in this facility again.
Thanks for a great ending to a vacation that started off not being good at all!
