The front desk staff at the dental department of Jacobi hospital building 1 floor 3 are the most unorganized set of people I have met in the Hospital.Aside from been unorganised their attitude towards Patients are horrible.You call them they put you hold for over 45minutes then eventually hangs the phone on you.I have an appointment on this particular day Thursday May 17 at 12pm.I called them ahead of time to double check with my appointment, the reciever put me on hold for over 45minutes then hangs up.I made it to the hospital anyway only to be casually told that the dentist booked off .The black lady then asked."when would you come"No apology .no concerns.
