First the positive, great location, across from Penn Station Madison Square Gardens and subway, three block from another subway line. My room wasn't too bad, but that was because I complained about the original one.
The negative, When the reservation said "superior' room, I it was their marketing for a regular room which had toilet paper/hair in the toilet after room was cleaned. Paying for upgrade to superior should give a better room. 11$ a day for wifi when all other hotels give it for free. Entrance doors glass is filthy, cigarette butts on the ground at the entrance. Check out time is 11 AM yet had housekeeping knocking on my door at 9 AM With all the negative comments, it seems the hotel ownership doesn't care about the property,. only the income
