Car was in this week for a high dollar repair. Underwhelmed by service level. Only got it out in a day because I held them accountable to the commitment they made when I set the appointment. I saw no "hustle", no extra effort. The tone of voice on the phone was "are you sure you can afford this" and "we'll get it out when we can" Wish I had bought a Toyota. My experience was consistent with other Ford dealerships in the Dallas area. Service departments are always slammed with more work than they can get done. On a positive note, my car is running better. On a negative note, they couldn't get a part I needed and I have to go back for another day of jockeying cars around. There has to be a better way. Where is the "uber" of car repair??
