This place is a joke! My husband rented a truck for one day and brought the truck back the next day when it was due. One of the employees did the walk around with him, signed off that there was no damage and called back FOUR hours later to tell him that the bumper was damaged and that he would have to pay the $500 deductible! The employees here are especially rude and ignorant. The lady on the phone started yelling and shouting that he signed a legally binding contract and he s going to have to pay it. What is the point of signing off on a walk around of the vehicle if they can call 4 hours later and demand that you pay for damage? A lot could have happened in those 4 hours! Save yourself the headache and don t give this place any business!
