Blown away. I've been to plenty of dealerships and few have demonstrated the quality of care I received here. Came in for some repair work and was immediately helped as soon as I pulled up to the service bay. Despite having bought my Honda out of state, I was treated as if I was an existing customer. Once it was determined that my car would be kept for 4 days (needed to order special parts), they provided me with a loner car free of charge (still had to pay for gas). The only downside of the loner is that it made me really want a new car! After that, I was provided with email updates to approve the service and cost. How is this not standard operating procedure at other dealerships?! At the end, returning my loner and retrieving my car was smooth and efficient.

If and when the time comes to buy another Honda, I know where we're going. Very impressed!
