Not the worst, but my review resonates with others I'm seeing. Ordered the flatiron, specified medium and asked the server/bartender if it would come out as a true medium. Sadly, 20 minutes later it came out and ended up being a very bloody, tough and sinewy cut. Not the flatiron you treat yourself to every 6 months to a year. Couple that with the fact it came with a measly portion of mash and veg and you can see why it might fail to deliver at $30+
Credit to the bartender, he did try and make it right by offering to have it redone, which I declined twice. He did then come back and say management offered my girlfriend and I free dessert for the bad steak, but my hopes for the place had already been dashed, so I decided to finish up and go.

For the apparent skill level lacking getting rudimentary stuff right (the bread basket wasn't warm and come with no butter) I'd recommend these guys stick to the basics and ditch the pretentious routine.
It didn't work for me. I can't help with figure it doesn't work for others as well.

In my book, a great burger routs a mediocre lobster any day.
