I've been battling with this company for a few weeks now to approve an MRI for my back. Customer service people have tried to help, but it is the doctors at mednet that have been disgraceful and appalling by constantly rejecting the claim. There is no pre existing condition and absolutely no reason to keep rejecting it, but they do it anyway and keep saying that they are waiting for a few reports from the hospital, even though the hospital has repeatedly told me that they have given them everything. It's criminal and it's exactly why people do not trust insurance companies. Absolutely disgraceful and ridiculous.
