I went into Toyota of Olympia just to look around after reading customer complaints and dealership responses on the internet and ended up purchasing my first Toyota (2015 Prius) within an hour. However, I was very disappointed to find out that it came with only one key after signing the documents since it is very expensive to make a Prius key, but they handled the situation very well. Bobby Lynn, the sales manager, got me a key at a discounted price and more. Matt Baydo was also very helpful. I strongly recommend this dealership to everyone and will mostly likely buy another Toyota when my daughter goes to the college in a few years or trade in my vehicle for another Toyota.
