First off, do yourself a favor and bring your car elsewhere. Brought my car (a Subaru, but have a Toyota warranty) in due to uneven wear on the passenger rear tire and noise coming from the same wheel. Was told it would take 2 days and I'd have my car back. Took them 9 days in total, each time I talked to them they said it would be ready the next day which forced me to sit around and wait thinking I would pick my car up the next day.
When I finally got it back I took a trip to Tahoe and noticed the same noise from the same wheel. Looking over the paperwork they changed the driver side rear wheel bearing and somehow, in the 9 days they had it forgot to address the passenger rear tire or perform the alignment THEY recommended I get. Was required to bring my car to a different shop to get the alignment Toyota somehow forgot to do in the 9 days they had my car and my car car is still making noise from the passenger rear wheel. Only difference is that now I am just over my 36,000 mile warranty. Again, just bring your car elsewhere.
