I have had 3 different cars from Mercedes in Greenwich and everyone there is great and always so helpful. Specifically, I have had an amazing experience with my service advisor, Pleurat Thaqi. He always goes above and beyond what I request and I know he will take care of my car as if it was his own. No matter how many cars I get over the past 7 years, he has always been my go to person, and will always be! Thank you.
