We came to Novotel resort in Nusa Dua, for our 45th wedding Anniversary & our good friend Ray Samuels 75th Birthday. We were so impressed with the service that the guest relations manager Lia & her colleague Icha. We were treated so special with our rooms being decorated & a bunch of red roses for our Anniversary.
