I was initially assisted by Francisco Valderrama and he passed the baton to Johan Pintana.

Both were courteous, clear and respectful of my time constraints.

When I had to use my cell phone neither showed any impatience; to the contrary, both showed that they were aware that I had to attend to other business while leasing a new car.

Once credit was approved, Johan took over since he was on duty on the day I picked up the car. He took me through some basic instructions and followed up with phone calls/texts to make sure all was well.

I only felt sales pressure once: on the issue of a maintenance contract. It should be made clear to the customer that such contracts are discretionary. The idea of a lease, as opposed to a purchase,, is precisely to avoid paying for ordinary wear and tear.
