As a 3rd year season ticket holder, I have had a lot of experience with the Straz Center and the events that the venue hosts. I have always been very thankful that the Straz is willing to exchange ticket dates if a show falls on a day that I have something big planned on already. They are willing to do an exchange for the same show on a different date to better accommodate their season ticket holders schedule. The other day I was having trouble getting through to the ticket office. I ended up calling other departments at the theater and on the phone with Jen G. that handles Corporate and Group Sales. Although it was not her department she was extremely helpful and helped me do the exchange. Instead of forwarding me off to someone else, she made sure that I successfully made the exchange. She even followed up with me to make sure I was all set. Jen was very kind and patient with me. You can tell she likes what she does and she is great at handling customers. Jen deserves to know that she is great at what she does and an asset to the Straz!
