Laid back. 5 ladies sat in call center...chattin...

Laid back. 5 ladies sat in call center...chatting and watching TVs. Waited 10 min to get a sales person for quotes. Each salesman had its own glassed room...they jus t said in their chair and not served customers walking in the floor.

Prices were not competitive at all. Fridges were all at higher price tags comparing with Big Box stores.,. even the ones in promote.
