I had the privilege meeting Kurt Kozee. He is so respectful, kind and funny. I enjoyed him so much forgot to tell him about my sound bar but he remembered before he left. He is also a great salesman I will be purchasing another surround sound system from Kens just because of Kurt services.

Kurt treated me like we have been friends for life and I so appreciate that. In today s climate we all just want to be treated with respect and love and kindness. I can truly say that is what I received today. Thank you Mr. Kurt Kozee great customer service!!!
