After I left the military I attended this school In 2006, in 2007 I found a job withdrew from my classes, and upon returning in 2015 they gave me my transcript no problem and RCC verified this. In 2017 I go to get my transcript to go to UNCP due to I finished RCC, I was charged over 350.00 for a class I didn't take. I asked to provide records I attended they didn't have any, so I'm stuck with a F in piano (yes piano a simple elective) and owed 350 for a class I never went to, thanks a lot SCC, I'm trying to obtain my bachelor's now and you keep finding ways to make this difficult. Why would I withdraw from 3 of my classes and not 4 and then never show up? So far records management or vice-president will not change the transcript even though they have no records of me taking the class, I have to prove my innocence instead of them proving Im guilty and went to class. As if I'm not going through enough being a 41 year old junior at UNCP ,retired war veteran, and I'm the guy who just caught the PNC Bank robbers in Lumberton, and robbers from whiteville. I'm dealing with all this media attention at the same time being awarded Lumberton first medal of valor...I have been going back and forth with SCC for a week and still no, but that's fine, I'm far from done with this issue, I have escalated it up to Raleigh and next if they say no I will go straight to Congress. Court will be my last resort due to they will have to prove that I even went to class, because this is blantley not correct how I'm charged and they have no record of it + in 2015 I obtained a sealed document that proves I owed no money. As educated individuals they should know civil law and the burden of proof, and if they do know this law then they are just playing with me now....
