Great Support and a really good Product. We use the Paxlock in our office and it works very well. Installation is easy and one the two occassions we needed support the phone was answered in 5 secs even once at 7:15am. Staff were knowledgeable and the issue resolved within minutes. We purchased our units from The Alarming Company who were also very helpful.
