Great equipment and training with a very personalized touch. I much prefer this to any other gym I've been to. It's peaceful, the staff are friendly and experts in biokinetics. You get a free establishing session with a biokineticst when you join and a training plan according to your individuals goals. The equipment is modern, clean and always works very well. There's a huge variety of classes on offer! Great if you want to train alone or join a group.
