Very unfriendly service - after voucher was mentioned, suddenly all rooms were occupied for the next 6 weeks.


In the end, I'm now sitting on an expensive voucher, for which I would have to apply for an extra vacation to redeem it during the week in December. Find the whole procedure very cheeky and assume that the hotel is speculating that as many people as possible will buy the voucher and then ultimately not (can) redeem it.

I'm going to book another hotel now and get annoyed about the useless voucher.
