Had a more than horrible experience was contacted by upper management and promised coupons but have yet to receive them and that s been from two and a half almost three weeks ago! Stay clear of this place customer service is obviously the LAST thing on their mind! It is sad too because we love Sonnys.. Maybe it s just the Gainesville location where the problem is at..
