E-mailed the dealership about a vehicle I wanted to see, and they said it would be ready when I got there. Drove from Tallahassee, and when I arrived the vehicle I wanted to look at wasn't there. The gentleman I spoke with said he thought it was in the shop, and offered to drive it to me in Tallahassee once it was available. Eventually found out that the vehicle was actually loaned out to a customer who was having their vehicle serviced. Once the vehicle was available, they would not drive it to me in Tallahassee, and said that the gentleman who told me that they would was new and did not know better. So I ended up never seeing the car and purchasing something else. Will give 3 stars because they communicated very well with me via text.
