Still underdevelopment. But security is tight so far. A walk way bridge is built to people to cross the outer ring road.
Sometimes there will be traffic inside the manyata towards front gates.
It's better get a house/room near Thanisandra, Hegade nagar, nagawara or near by places to those areas so that you can use back gate for entering/exiting the premises which is of less traffic.
