I am waiting for an urgent package, and I have been waiting for three days at home, but the intercom does not ring and in addition they signal the non-delivery given the absence of the recipient, which is impossible, yesterday they even signaled that I was absent despite being at home and I hadn't received any ringing on the intercom.
They also don't even deign to call me on my cell phone number, which, if true what they say (absence at home) they should always do.
