The website is atrocious! Trying to call three wee...

The website is atrocious! Trying to call three weeks now trying to renew my licence after completing all CEU s, The website said this email address is already in use! AND THEN BLOCKED ME! DUH!!! Ya It belongs to me!

I called, listened to music for an hour, before an unhelpful person, couldn t help me!!!

I offered to pay over the phone, he said they couldn t do that,

Then after weeks almost coming up to expiration which is against the law to work without, of course, panic struck, I called on the phone and told them to send the renewal application by snail mail.
BOTTOM LINE..... It never came.

I called again to listen to another hour of music, and told them again to send the renewal packet. Finally it arrived WITH EVERY BODY ELSES PROFESSION BUT MINE! !

I went back online and found I had now been blocked..... then I was told that my CEUS were not completed!!! So therefore I was ineligible to receive my license!!!! I told the guy I ve already sent my check in!!! He said he sees no record of it, and arrogantly said PROVE IT!!!

I finally had spoken with the supervisor, and she had told me that, some place I worked at THREE YEARS AGO, is showing that I haven t completed there curriculum! OMG!!!

I was virtually CRYING I mean REAL TEARS!

Bottom line! Their system must have been the invention of the devil! , because I ve been to hell and back, literally I ve had HELL TO PAY! and am still waiting!!! To somehow someway just get the fricking licence already!!!!

TALK ABOUT ABUSE OF POWER, this government run operation need to be overhauled entirely! In every way shape and form! My tax dollars shouldn t be footing the bill for incompetence!!!
