We got the opportunity of spending our first weeke...

We got the opportunity of spending our first weekend together at the Hyatt Regency in Indian Wells for my Girlfriend's 30th birthday, and I can whole heartedly say the experice would have been good, but was made beyond exceptional by Nate Gotham who helped us out throughout the weekend.

Nate went above and beyond in ensuring we felt special, received attention, assisting in booking dinner, and even extending our check-out on Sunday to accomodate for our 1PM spa reservation.

A wonderful facility, but it was the people that made this stay special. I would highly recommend a stay here at the Hyatt Regency in Indian Wells, and look for Nate!
