On the occasion of a surprise for one of the chefs...
On the occasion of a surprise for one of the chefs of 'de Palmboom', the brasserie at the hotel, we went for dinner with a group of 7. Because of this surprise we were presented with a surprise menu of 5 courses. With most dishes the underlying story was told and the different parts were explained. In addition, a matching wine was presented with each course.
The brasserie is an establishment that has a clear connection with the hotel, so that it is not an opportunity to just go out for dinner.
Although we were not the most regular audience for the restaurant with a group of 7 young people, we experienced it as a nice experience. We were received enthusiastically and had a very good meal.
