Condenser went out 2.5 months ago. It was on a national backorder. In the meantime my steering gear began to make a noise. I took it in so that I could have both issues fixed when the condenser came in and I would only be without my truck for one day. They refused to listen to the issue. When my condenser came in, they didn't even call me. I called to check on it and it had been in for a week. When I finally got my appointment scheduled to replace the condenser, tech and advisor 'couldn't hear' steering issue. When I picked up my truck from the lot, I heard the noise before turning out of my parking spot. I've been a lifelong Chevy customer, now I'm going to get rid of my lemon Silverado and never buy another, and Carr Chevrolet definitely has contributed to my problems. 3 steering issues in the past year alone.
