They were very friendly to deal with. As a teacher advisor I worked with CDI on behalf of my student council and when they changed their minds, the staff at CDI were quick to alter designs, colours, patterns, etc. They were understanding and patient. The product arrived ahead of schedule and was delivered quite promptly. Impressed with the service, we have already started to plan our next order.
