Great building, parking is great. Beautiful part of the downtown skyline!

Didn't go in, to struck with the building aestheticzism.

We're living in 2019 and Republic Center is living in 1990. What kind of Flintstones valet only takes cash or CHECK and no CCs?

Republic Center as seen from the Hilton Garden Inn at the other side of Thanksgiving Square. A beautiful example of Dallas architecture. A picturesque lobby with some excellent works of art and free WiFi.

Dumpster fire management, always complaining about something, building needs major repairs, maintenance just patches it. Clients are generally left with a bad taste after leaving. Leaks. leaks. leaks. Elevators are consistently breaking down, people getting stuck. It s basically an inside joke at this point. Security is very nice and professional. Restaurant options are off brand places of actual chain restaurants. They even turned down a deal with chick-fil-a because they couldn t handle the foot traffic. Younger Partners needs to step it up and take the old management out and replace it with people that aren t vaping pot in the office all day. It s 2019 get with the times.

A little long in the tooth. No air in the restrooms.

I ve known and worked with the management team for many years. The Manager is a great property manager and even a better person. I have found the Manager as well as the Assist Manager to be beyond reproach. Extremely professional, honest, hard working and they make downtown Dallas a better place to work. I m extremely proud and honored to call such wonderful people my friends.
