DTS has trained my son for lacrosse for 3 years now. I can confidently say my sons D-1 commitment at the age of 14 is in large part due to the their amazing work with his strength and explosiveness. Whenever anyone asks what the one thing is that made a difference in his sports success, I point to DTS. They're the only game in Central Florida for serious male and female athletes. I've even begun going to them to help me as I get older and three weeks in I'm feeling incredible. Top tier athletes or overweight dads-----DTS is our choice.
