NO HELP from these guys or MB..My wife's car is equipped with key-less entry that only works 1/2 the time. So she never knows weather to get her key out of her pocket book and hit the button or not.They cant fix it so told her that's the way it is....tough, call Mercedes...NO HELP AGAIN from MB.
