Property management is absolutely a joke. We live in a neighborhood where rhinehart manages a property. Since these people have moved in they have had several police calls to the residence. There is s registered sex offender living at the address and Rhinehart has been notified about it and has done nothing. There are several people staying in the home and Rhinehart has been notified with no concern .They don't care about your investment or anything but a pay check. I was going to use Rhinehart to sale my property next year and was talking to a realtor that works for them but I will not give them a dime of my money. We have contacted mangers to no avail. They won't return our calls and when they do they blow us off. I can tell you this much that if it was their neighborhood and a registered sex offender was living down the street they would have something to say about it.
