Office operation is impressively, well organized. Courteous, pleasant and attentive staff greet visitors immediately upon arrival and proactively assist in the sign-in procedure. My appointment started promptly thereafter with my scheduled diagnostic tests, followed by Dr. Bucher s exam. I observed that there were only a few patients in the waiting area during my very brief wait between my vision field test and follow-up exam with the doctor so that requisite social distancing was easily accommodated. Everyone was masked, visitors and staff. I observed a staff person sanitize chairs and surrounding surfaces as soon as each chair in the area was vacated. A latte machine in the waiting room previously for the free use of visitors was no longer available for use due to COVID19. Too bad. But I woulda have been concerned had that action not been taken as a safety precaution. All in all, my visits to NW Eyes are always a positive experience and the ophthalmic care is top notch. I highly recommend.
