Leased my second BMW from Herb Chambers Boston. The whole team was great to work with because it was headed by Jano Letaif. Jano is a professional and handled the entire process with a smile and even worked with me at the same time. My genius adviser Joe Migdal was patient and explained the new features in this car compared to our last one. Even my old service advisor Higor Teixeira came over to say hi and welcome me back. Nick Lagas handled all the "rest of the stuff" and now we are enjoying our new car. Thanks
