The admin staff are insanely rude, LITERALLY they will have a chat and giggle for several minutes before speaking to you,then just raise their brows at you...Not what you want in an A&E department. One young girl was arguing over the legitimacy of my symptoms!! It's INSANE. Please reshuffle your admin staff asap
