Super upset with this hotel! Got charged for smoking weed in 2 rooms! Not a single person smoked in the rooms $700 I pleaded and asked for them to investigate further....check video surveillance of hallways ect. and the manager refused to do anything further. The sad part is they didnt even tell me when we were checking out to defend ourselves. Not recommended to anyone who smokes cigarettes or weed. Just because you do you must be smoking in the rooms. Thanks Best Western for making our amazing experience in Montreal tainted!
