My husband I recently made a purchase here. They initially had amazing customer service, this was before we purchased the vehicle. During the time that we were arranging the deal we were told that if we put 5k down that same day we would not pay for four months. We ended up looking over our statement and turned out that we were making the first payment in the month of August. Not only that but the following day of bring the car home we realized that our windshield was broken. On our carfax inspection it shows that there was no damage done. I went in to try to get it fix and the mechanics there said that they weren't allowed to do this, that instead they would send us elsewhere to get it repaired and pay for this ourselves. I went in without my husband and I felt like no one was taking me seriously. Please I recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to look elsewhere!
