I have been donating for a few months, but am unable to continue right now. I tried to cancel my "monthly subscription" of automatic donation, but was unable on the website. I called the Help Center, left a message and got a call back within minutes. I was helped by a very kind and understanding person, Laura and was able to cancel monthly donations. I can't wait to be able to donate again, once my situation improves. I have been very happy with charity: water!
